Hazy brown with medium beige head. Aroma is some musty basement and chocolate, also some yeasts. Taste is quite bitter with a sour dusty finish. Medium carbonation. Ok, but below average.

Bottled 500ml. -Muddy brown coloured, small off-white head, caramel and light banana in the nose. Sweet malty, caramel, acidic fruity and touch of banana and alcohol. Not so pleasant acidic overripe fruits in the finish. 7 months after BBE date.

Cloudy, dark brown colored, medium creamy beige head, good lasting. Aroma is of banana shake, caramel, fruity estery, yeast, oxidized. Taste s very sweet, brown sugar, badly aged fruity-caramel, banana milkshake, apple, yeast, light herbal bitterness. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, bit syrupy.

Huge thanks Koelschtrinker! Shared with ogivlado, kajser and franski. Muddy light brown body with a small off white head. Overy sweet, sickly caramel, some banana esters. Mostly sickly caramel. Tastes more like a doppelbock than a weizen-doppelbock. Basically, a sligthly more lactic, caramelly version of a malt-dominant doppelbock. Not cloying though. Some rotten apple, vague alcohol, very vague apple. Somewhat warming. Not in its peak perhaps, and I will rerate it one day, but it should’ve kept better than this.

Bottle at home. Pours clear golden with a thick white head. Aromas of corn, sugar, honey. Taste is white bread-sweet. Faint grass notes on the finish, but sweetness dominates.

Bottled 500ml. -from Getränke Degenhart Passau. Golden coloured, medium sized white head, whiff of caramel in the nose. Moderate malty, grainy, notes of caramel and fruits with discreet hops notes in the finish. Also rather dry finish. Usuall.
