Brausegeruch. Süß-säuerlicher Beginn, rund, sehr fruchtig auf Kosten des Bieres. Zwar ist die Süße gering, durch die starke Fruchtigkeit aber doch eher Limonade als Bier. Zum Ende wässriger. 8/6/7/6/6/6

From bottle. Very grainy, papery and bready. Slightly bitter. Soft carbonated, light bodied. Unpleasant aftertaste. Quite dull and flat. Not good.

Tap at brecht cafe. Pours golden with whiteish head. Aroma is sweet, grainy, malty, some cardboard. Flavor is sweet and bitter, cardboard, butter, grains, malt. Body feels light, but not watery. Overall: ok.

330ml bottle. Clear, yellow-ish, pale golden colou rwith average, thick, frothy, moderately lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Plain, bitter hoppy aroma, minimally strawy and grainy background. Taste is bitter hoppy, minimally grainy and strawy, subtle, pale malty sweeetness.

0.5 l bottle from ’Biermuda’, best before August 2017. Murky, dark brownish amber with a thin, foamy, stable, off-white head. Sweetish, malty, moderately yeasty-spicy and quite fruity taste of caramel, raisins, prunes, overripe banana and a touch of clove. Rather sweet, malty, moderately yeasty-spicy and slightly fruity taste of overripe banana, caramel, raisins, raspberry jam and some clove, followed by a short, moderately bitter, minimally tart, yeasty-spicy finish. Medium to full body, creamy to oily mouthfeel, average carbonation. Heavy stuff, really saturating, very sweet, unfortunately not overly complex regarding the abv. Overall still a nice beer even if it appears as a bit clumsy.

500 ml bottle served in Weizen glass. Pours hazy bright orange-yellow with full weizen-typical head. Aroma of banana, bread and some nuts and citrus. Taste is mild, yeasty with minimal bitterness. Creamy texture, soft carbonated. Quite okay.
