Tasty, some ash and burnt rubber, creamy chocolate. Some dark berries. A little earth. Very nicely balanced. Raisins. Solid.

Black topped with a khaki head that retains well.
Nose is dark malts, big root liquorice, charr, dark malts.
Taste comprises cocoa powder, Eccles cake, charr, roast malts, ashen nip.
Medium bodied, fine carbonation, light drying close.
Tidy enough porter.
