From one cheese shop, Haute-Nendaz, opening this bottle, two days ago, after a long day in the Valais. Personally, it was not my favourite white beer, a bit unbalanced, grassy, malty, herbal, ginger, not subtle, basical taste and hop, 24.05.24, at Epalinges.

Hazy golden colour, one inch of dense white head; aroma of lemony-lemon zesty, coriander, wheaty, banana and slight orange peel notes; taste has similar notes to the aroma with quite definite hoppy bitterness; good one!
