Description
In a cellar of a restaurant in Malmö, Sweden, is where you’ll find Ofrälse’s nano brewery and recipe development headquarters. Here there’s always a number of experiments fermenting away, whether it’s a NEIPA cold brewed with an ancient Scandinavian technique, or a barrel age sour beer fermented with buckthorn harvested by the Öresund bridge. All available on tap. The best experiments make it to the shelves, so come on by and make your voice heard!

0,3l from tap at Fir, Malmö. Yellow very murky color, small white head. Smells mango, earthy, pineapple, citric, bit leathery. Very nice smell. Full body, soft carbonation. Tastes mango, pineapple, oats, cereal, light forest strawberries, tobacco. Finishes lightly bitter with notes of mango, oats and pineapple. Lovely beer, very fresh and juicy one
