750ml bottle. Opened with a loud pop but didn't foam out. Sparkling with alittle haze stirred up, yellowy pale gold colour, short-lived bubbly head that dissipates away and aroma of apple, fruit, citric. Taste is tart, tangy, appley, fleshy, fruity, zingy citric, drying, with acidity and alittle bittersweet tannin. Medium bodied, medium to high carbonation, dry tart acidic finish. Quite drinkable.
