Bottle pour at Beer & Bones, pours a clear blonde. Nose has a very seltzery character to the honey, with a mineral water character that seems to drown out the honey. Flavour is timid, with a very floral and boozy honey character, with a mineral water/seltzery body that obscures some of the honey. Not a top-quality Polish mead at all but not bad.

Bottle pour at Beer & Bones. Pours a clear, very pale blonde. Slightly floral honey character on the nose. Flavour has a fairly harsh fermented honey character with some floral notes and a long boozy finish. Rough, but not bad.
