ABV: 6.0%. Clear medium yellow colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, fruity malt, fruity, moderate hoppy, citrus, stone fruit, sweet sugary rhubarb. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average to long duration, stone fruit, fruity hops, pale malt, fruity malt, medium dry, light spicy hops finish. Bottle from Voldby. Clear brown with an off-white head. Aroma isnsweet, malty, caramel, smoked and bonfire. Flavor is quite sweet. Sweet finish. Could do with more smokiness. 080421

Bottle 50 cl. Pours a clear golden with a lacing, white head. First the nose has some bubblegum, slightly perfumy, but there's also a cheasy/greasy note. Rich, sweet and malty again with this bubblegum edge - not exactly what I'd associate with fresh Cascade, and maybe it wasn't. The finish is somewhat rough in it's bitterness. I was told by the brewer thart he wanted to step up the hops in his beers. Well, at least this was a first step. Now perhaps go to dryhopping! 011020
