Description
On the edge of the Kent coast, where the salt air meets the industrial fringe of Folkestone, Swallow Brew Co. is rewriting the rules of the local pint. Headed up by Ross Gandon, this 8-barrel powerhouse is less of a traditional brewery and more of a liquid laboratory.

Swallow is defined by a restless creative energy—a "New Day, New Brew" philosophy that ensures the taps never stay the same for long. At Swallow, the core principle is simple: Once it’s gone, it’s gone. The rotational stock is a parade of bold, hazy, and unfiltered experiments. We’re talking juice-forward NEIPAs, murky pales, and boundary-pushing brews that celebrate the sediment and the hop. It’s a FOMO-driven taproom experience where the beer you fall in love with today might be a ghost by tomorrow.
