On draught at the brewery: Amber coloured; firm, lasting white foam; shy malty nose, traces of cardboard and hop bitterness; mild malty taste, very hard to find mild and malty finish. All in all quaffable, but really not very impressive......

On draught at the brewery: Black coloured, quickly diminishing off-white head; sweet and roasted malts in the nose, shy traces of liquorice; initial slightly sweetish maltiness, drier malty middle-part; also dry, chocolatey-bitter finish; all in all well quaffable, but lacks a fuller body........

(bottle) Clear golden colour with a small diminishing foamy white head. Slight malty aroma with some hints of grassy hops. Lightly sweet flavour, quite thin malty taste with a mediocre shy bitter finish. A decent Helles.

Bottle: golden colour, thin fluffy off-white-head, quickly diminishing; light fruity nose with hints of yeast; flat, sweetish, medium bodied brew, slight bitter-sweet finish. Poor........

The aroma is lovely hoppy. The color is a very light yellow and it has a beutiful head. The flavor is of straws and grass and the body is rather thin. A disappointing beer.

Clear yellow color, short white head. Bitter hoppy and a bit sweet. Typical german helles, easy to drink, decent brew.
