Funky and Bretty, of course, with some light poopy goodness. Juicy apple with good tannic structure and soft vanilla. Good acid.
Funky and Bretty again, though much more Brett acid than funk, though not too acidic. Very highly attenuated. Some apple tannin retains a good enough body, but it's super dry. Vanilla and honey and fruity, lightly juicy apple linger. Maybe a touch dry and muted in the flavor.

Bright, clear, brilliant white gold with vivacious carbonation.
Brett is strong but not overdone. No baby diaper or intense acids. Still allows the lightly juicy, fleshy cider to come forth.
Soft, with chewy tannins creating a luxurious body in concert with tight carbonation. Fruity Brett is wonderfully-expressed. Tons of fleshy, juicy apple with low sugar.
