On tap @ Craft Mainz 2017 Great deep malty. Moderate dry bitter, fresh, floral with lots of caramel. Fantastic round and malty.

330ml bottle. Milky, yellow-ish golden colour with average, thick, frothy to creamy, moderately lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Fruity and grassy-spicy, hoppy aroma, notes of pear, nectarine, basil, a spicy touch of hay, minimally grainy, malty background. Taste is slightly bitter, fruity and grassy-spicy hoppy, minimally grainy, malty basis with cautious residual sweetness, hints of mandarine, nectarine, pear, a touch of basil; mineral-spicy finish. Wow! Top-shelf Helles.

Pours blond from the bottle. Hazy. The frothy white crown lingers. Aroma is banana, melon, a touch of clove. Taste is mild bittersweet, with the crisp bitterness of the hops in absolute harmony with the sweet banana notes. Nice. Finishes the same, although the finish is short. Body is light, carbonation stays mild. Overall feels like an APA/Weizen style fusion. Apart from an underwhelming finish, quite nice.

330ml at Eulchen Trinkhalle. Really good approach to a Helles. The dry hopping gives the beer a really nice finish with hints of herbs and grass. Refreshing beer for hot summer days. Not a typical Helles!

0,33l bottle at home from trade with Maracuja05, big thanks. BB 31.07.2018. dark brown color, small off-white head. smells of ripe fruits, big glueish, nutty, marzipan, some weird off notes, sweat, musty. overall decent smell. full body, soft carbonation, slick mouthfeel. tastes sweet, dried fruits, molasses, nutty, marzipan, light exotic fruits, candy, light pines, tobacco, lightly earthy. finishes medium sweet with notes of marzipan, dried fruits and some pines notes. quite like the taste, overall rather drinkable for a Doppelbock.

Pours a very hazy orange color, topped with a medium small, creamy white head. Malty, bready, soy, sweet syrupy resin with cardboard in the nose. Malty sweet, some grassy bitterness. Light and almost watery body. Herbal aftertaste a bit. Not the best attempt.
