Nose is biscuit, fruit rinds, brown bread, grass.
Taste comprises biscuit malt, grass, herb, hedgerow, stewed fruits.
Medium bodied, fine carbonation, light drying close.
Tidy enough bitter.

Slightly opaque amber. Thin foamy frothy white head. Aroma combines berries and caramel. Flavourwise we have tangy sour berries with underlying caramel and bread. Light-medium bodied. Soft carbonation. Long dry somewhat astringent finish. Pleasent bitter.
