Norma-Billigbier in der Plastikflasche mit Schraubverschluss. „Edel“. Starke Trübung - bereits ohne, dass der geringe Bodensatz ausgeschüttelt wurde. Ich gehe also ganz stark davon aus, dass die Trübung durch Wärme-/Kältebehandlung kommt und nicht durch Flaschengärung. Das Bier ist fruchtig, etwas Getreide, hintenraus leicht seifig. Im Antrunk noch ein schönes Volumen, wird es ab dem Mittelteil recht leer. 1 - 2 Flaschen, schön kalt, können durchaus Spaß machen. Dann is aber auch gut und mehr muss nicht. Für ein Weißbier in dieser Preisregion ist das aber durchaus ein annehmbares Resultat. Das ist nicht viel, aber mehr als ich erwartet habe. Könnte mir vorstellen, dass dieses Bier mit dem „Perlenbacher“ von Lidl identisch ist. Beide werden von der selben Brauerei gemacht.

50cl bottle. A clear yellow golden beer with a white head. Aroma of mild grainy malt, pale malt, straw. Taste of straw, dry grainy malt, cereals. Mild bitterness.

Bottle from Quack-Duck, thanks! Pale blonde. Bitter walnuts, grass and apple in the flavor. Grainy aroma with apple. Thin and disappointing.
