On tap at WBF 2025, pours a clear dark mahogany with a small beige head. Aroma has plenty of the acorns, with a sort of dark rye bread character. Flavour is similar, with dry dark bread and some acorns. Nothing interesting but not bad.

Flavour is more acidic than expected, with generic stone fruits, pine needles, and tartness on the finish. Finishes relatively dry but doesn’t really come together. Okay.

On tap at WBF 2025, pours a clear golden with a small white head. Aroma has tons of coriander, light citrus, and soft wheatiness. Flavour is lightly tart, with coriander upfront, dry wheat, and a touch of citrus. Lots of spicy coriander that works well. Solid.

On tap at WBF 2025, pours a clear golden with a small white head. Nose is dominated by intense fennel and nothing else. Flavour is likewise a fennel bomb, with little else to speak of. Clean malts at the base, so it’s drinkable, but you have to absolutely adore fennel to like this. Not for me.

On tap at WBF 2025, pours a clear bright pinkish red with a tiny white head. Aroma has moderate bugginess, dry cherry skins, and some washed out earthiness. Flavour is dry, with plenty of fermented out raspberries, light buggies, some hay, and a dry finish. Not super complex but clean and well-constructed. Good.
