Bottled at RBESG. Clear deep golden, mid-sized head. Fruity nose. Sweet and soapy, light bodied wih some apple and beechwood. Low bitterness. A quite simple beer, a little under hopped and not perfectly clean.

Bottled. Deep ruby colour (near black), small beigeish brown head. Aroma is mild caramel malts, sugar and some balancing mild notes of hops. Flavour is much the same. Compared to the Velikonoční Podkrkonošsky Speciál Tmavý, this one lacks the candyish sweetness and pretty much the roasted notes.

Bottled. Dark rubyish brown colour with mediumsized brown head. Aroma is roasted malts, caramel and some sweet dark sugary notes. Flavour is caramel, toffee, slightly roaste dmalts and some hops. Candyish sweetness lurking in the background. Not too bad.

0.5L bottle, 3.7%ABV, Probably the same beer DSG saw. The label, i must add is red and not green as shown here. Clear dark golden colour colour, big stable head, aroma of malt, vanila and somethingstale and over ripe which i cant quite pinpoint. Taste is sweet and bready with a strong bitterness. Sweetness becomes strong and unpleasant as the beer warms up.

Pour is a dark brown with a large tan head. Aroma is hard to find with some roasted malts if you use your imagination. Flavor is not much better. Some dry malts and a ever so slight touch of smoke. A little earthyness on the swallow but nothing to make this a better beer. Quite boring.
