Bottle: Deep golden, smaller, but quite stable loose white head, faint sweet-malty nose with traces of aromatic hops; light to moderate bitter-sweet flavour, malty base detectable, but all in all light bodied; moderate bitter-sweet finish with a hint of smoke (!) in the aftertaste. Not great, but a well crafted Bohemian Pilsener.........

Bottled, thanks oh6gdx! Very dark brown, minimal head. Interesting madeira aroma. Sweet with clean mouthfeel. Boldly malty with vinous plums and saccharine. Low bitterness.

bottle. Dark reddish-brown colour, large and very persistent head, quite creamy. Full-bodied and malty, slighlty sweet with lovely bitter hops as a contrast. Hints of chocolate and coffee. Bitter-sweet character - brilliant!

bottle. Golden yellow colour, large white head. Hoppy and malty, very well balanced. Typical Czech vycepni pivo, a good one.

A dark brown beer with a medium and beige head. Aroma of sweet malts, some roastiness, hint of earthyness adn vegetabless. Taste is dark malty, still quite dry, some rye bread, hint of vegetables. Medium bodied, nice carbonation. The dark malts with some vegetables.

12 oz. bottle. Floral aroma. Brassy gold color with a decent white head. Thin to medium in body, mild in carbonation. Pale malt, noble hop, hints of spice. The finish is spicy/peppery in a light sort of way. A decent purchase from Trader Joes.

bottle. Golden yellow, large head. When I opened the bottle, beer already poured out all over my desk. Hoppy and bitter, slightly sweet and malty. Not bad, but nothing special. Hardly no aftertaste.

Bottle as BrouCzech lager. Grassy hop and bready malt or yeast aroma. Quite nice. Coppery amber color with a white head that quickly flattened. Medium bodied. A bit fizzy, but no harsh bite. Tastes like bready malt, and it is well balanced by grassy hop. The finish is not so dry as it could be, but in the end that pilsenery hop bitter is there. Pretty good sample of the style.

Medium light head. Deep dark red body, barely translucent. Roasty wild berry aroma. Deep, sweet licorice and wild berries taste with roasty, earthy notes. Aftertaste is sugary and watery, then dry and chocolatey. Not bad. (0.5l bottle.)

Very consistent medium-sized head. Malty aroma. Sweet in the beginning, getting hoppier towards the finish. The aftertaste is rather sweet and malty again.
