[44cl can bought locally on the Coromandel.] A dull dark amber pour with a ring of white head; aroma of tropical fruit and spicy malts; smooth in the mouth with some sweet rye bread, gooseberry and grapes; then some chewy malts and a dry finish with some warmth. Once again for this brewery let down by the appearance.

[44cl can picked up on the Coromandel peninsula.] Probably the worst looking beer I’ve ever seen - a hazy mixture of stewed tea and dishwater, with a short lived soapy white head; otherwise okay with a peachy aroma; peachy taste with a rye bread body; then some very sharp grapefruit to close. Best served with your eyes closed!
