Sollte man vorhaben, sich wieder einmal so richtig schön behindert zu saufen, kann man gerne zu diesem Bier greifen; für mehr ist es nicht zu haben.

12/2017: Pours gold from the bottle. Foamy white head that slowly fades. Aroma is straw and quite metallic. Taste is a bit better: a simple, clean crisp but mild bitterness sets the tone but is otherwise unremarkable. A light fruitiness plays out going into the finish. Overall, the metallic notes drag this one down for me. Updated: 08/2021: a lot less metal this time. Crisp finish. Not all that bad. Near a 3.0

Can from Santa. Pours a clear yellow color with a large white head. A big sweet toast and vanilla nose. Oddly metallic, toast, corn, pils malt, bitter. Not great.

Can from the Kalea German beer advent calendar. Clear pale gold lasting white head. Lemon hop herb aroma. More of the same in the mouth. Creamy mouthfeel. Some bitter lemon on the finish. Fresh lemon flavour on finish. I thought pretty decent. Light pepperyness.

Bottle #1 from Kalea Beer Advent Calendar. Soft slightly floral, slightly chemical aroma. Light gold. Creamy white head. At first there's a light bitterness that then grows in strength. The bubbles add us one crispness to it. All the while there's a Pluto by syrupy sweetness. Light-medium bodied. Almost creamy in texture - surprisingly soft considering the fizzy carbonation. Dry finish. Not my favourite style but drinkable.

Pours crystal clear golden, topped with a thin white head, nonlasting. Bready malt with wet cardboard, corn, syrup. Slightly sweet with hints of bitterness. Light body, a bit stale feel.

Bottle, 0.33l. Aroma is grassy, grainy and mild fruity. Clear golden color with large soapy white head, good lacing and average sparkling appearance. Taste starts with medium sweet bready and biscuit malt, following is grassy and sweetish fruity, mouthfeel is smooth, while finish is moderate bitter. Medium body, slick texture and soft carbonation in palate. Definitely a good pils...

500ml can. (4.7% ABV) Pours a clear pale gold with a medium, frothy, long lasting, white head that leaves plenty of lace. Mild aroma of grainy malt and grass. Sweet flavour of grainy malt, lemon and light metal with a dry, bitter grass finish. Light body with a watery texture and average carbonation. Ok.
