Bottle sold as s’Kotztinger. Golden color. Grass and vegetable notes in the aroma. Soft malty grassy hop notes in the flavor. A firm bitterness. Grassy herbal notes in the finish.

50cl bottle. A clear dark amber beer with a off white head. Aroma of caramelized dark malt, dry malt, nuts. Taste of dry caramelized malt, sweet malt, nuts. Nice!

“Dimpfl Bräu Pilsener“, Schraubverschlußflasche (50 cl) aus einem Getränkemarkt in Oberfranken. - Satt goldgelb, blank. - In der Nase leicht chemisch wirkender zitroniger Hopfen. - Im Antrunk schroffe, chemische Zitronenschale und plastikartige helle Malzsüße. Durchschnittlich rezent, schlank bis dünn. Im Abgang ruppige Bittere mit schwefeligen Noten. - Schroffes, derb gehopftes Pilsener ohne feinere Aromawerte. Kein Genuß.

Langhalsschraubverschlußflasche: Pale golden, lively carbonation, medium-sized and slowly collapsing white head; mild grainy and slightly papery nose, some pale-malt in the background, shy leafy hops as well; mild to moderate sweetish-bitter flavour, quite soft, quite light bodied; slightly drier leafy-bitter finish. Yawn! Furth is located just a few steps from the czech border, but any influence on the local beers is unfortunately not detectable...

(screw cap bottle) Clear, deep amber colour with a slightly tanned mid-sized foamy head. Moderately toasted and slightly leafy malty aroma with notes of butterscotch, caramel and shades of vanilla. Moderately sweet and delicately bitter flavour, light to medium bodied with a modest carbonation. Moderately toasted malty base with leafy notes, caramel, subtle fruity accents and a whiff of herbal and grassy hops; mildly sweet and toasted malty finish with a discreetly bitter hoppy bite. Balanced Dunkel. 05.VII.17
