Bottle: A bit unclear, pale greenish-golden coloured, big - slowly collapsing - egg-white-like foam; moderate grainy-dusty nose with a light hoppy background; light to moderate bitter-sweet flavour, relatively light bodied, but smooth; slightly lingering, but thinnish hoppy-malty finish. Nothing to complain, but a bit thin.......

Bügelverschlußflasche: Firm and medium-sized off-white head, deep golden coloured; bready-grainy and sourish fruity nose with a very delicate tinge of hops; light bitter-sweetish flavour, light bodied; vegetables and a metallic tinge in the sweetish-sourish finish. Not so good......

Slightly sweet and acidic flavour, light bodied with a lively carbonation. Yeasty and subtle fruity malty taste again with milky and papery notes; sweet and slightly bitter yeasty finish with a tinge of acidity. Bottle, 4.8%. Weak bready aroma, hint of ashtray. Clear yellow colour. Big stable white head. The flavour has some bread, but nice enough. Good dusty flavour, low bitterness. Quite mild and pleasant, and not least clean.
