Herb-malziger Antrunk, harmonisch. Im Mittelteil leicht wässrig werdend, danach herber. Im Abgang wässrig-herb mit leichter Bitterkeit. Später schwingt dies um in einen eher röstigen Ton. Trocken süßlich. Test vom 27.9.2008, Gebinde: Glasflasche Noten: 10,9,8,8,7,8 - 8,30

Bottle, 5.0%. Good clovey and slightly sweet aroma. Cloudy yellow colour. OK stable white head. Good flavour, balanced sweetness with some clove. Good mouthfeel.

50 cL bottle. Pours hazy yellow with a creamy white head. Dry estery banana yeasty wheat aroma, classic and clean. Medium dry wheaty and banana estery flavour with a mild dryness into the finish. Classic clean wheat, no more no less.

Bottled. A hazy golden beer with a huge off-white head. Teh aroma is sweet wheaty with a light note of citrus. The flavor is sweet is sweet wheaty with notes of citrus, leading to a dry wheaty and citrusy finish.

Medium beige lasting head. Brown body. Light roasty malt aroma. Dry-sweet smoky roasty caramel taste with straw notes. Dry earthy malts aftertaste with meaty notes and peppery hops. Overall, quite light and simple. Ok, though. (0.3l draft at Goldener Hecht, Heidelberg.)
