Danke an Erzengel. Süßlich getreidiger, rund malziger Beginn. Dabei ist das Bier weder zu klebrig süß noch zu trocken - gut. Die Herbe bleibt konstant und befindet sich meist im Hintergrund, süffig. Trockener werdend, was sich negativ auf das Aroma auswirkt, welches spürbar schwächer wird. Gut. 9/9/10/10/11/10

Thanks to Erzengel for that one! Bottle looks simple but good. Beer in the glass zippy, nice head. Starts strong, malty, spicy, some grasy notes. Mild sweetness. Finish well balanced, sweetish-malty, light alcoholic. Okay.

Many thanks to Erzengel for sharing! A clear amber beer with a huge good lasting off-white head. Aroma of caramelish malt, mild red fruits. Taste of mid strong caramelish malt, reddish malt, red fruits, okay but nothing special.

Bottle from the brewery. Smooth grainy nose. The beer starts quite grainy with the typical Heller Boch flavour. Deep with grain and not much bitterness there. Round and smooth with a dry malty slightly sweetish grainy ending. Sessionable and nice.

330mml. As part of the European secret santa 2017 edition, many thanks to Erzengel for this one. Tasted on the 05/05/2018. Hazy yellow, almost orange, colour wirh a medium and persistent white head. Aroma is intense grainy and yeasty with presence of hay. Taste is hay, spiced and malts. Finish has some spices too. Next one please!

Thanks to Erzengel for that 0,5 l bottle. Unclear golden in the glass with an huge white frothy head. Banana and sulfur smell. Taste is dry fruity, more orange than banana, yeast and a shortly more bitterness than expected. Increasing wheat in the second part. Good german standard stuff.

0,5 l bottle from Erzengel. Thanks a lot! Clear golden in the glass with a nearly three finger white head. Musty grassy smell. Taste is more grainy with caramell, some malt in the second row. Mid bitter hop in the middle part. Grainy pale malt aftertaste with a pleasant bitterness. Okay.
