750ml bottle into pint glass. Pours a crystal clear pale yellow/green with a few bubbles. Subtle nose of apple and caramel. Full bodied, slightly zingy. First taste is toffee sweet then apple juice leading to a sour acidic sherbet finish. Very pleasant and understated sweet cider.
