The Castillon Brewery was founded by Steffen Scholl, a direct descendant of Denis Driancourt, Limonadier and Wine Merchant since 1782. Unfortunately, the activity of his ancestors died out over the generations. Until this day, in August 2021, when he decided to start this new adventure of producing alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to his traditional and family recipes.
This new adventure has been thought and designed for more than a year in order to bring new dimensions to the sector but also to defend values that are dear to us: the organic, the short circuit, the non-use of colouring agents, flavours, preservatives, or other additives or ingredients denaturing the origin, nature and consumption of our products
