Bottle, courtesy of MiP. Pours hazy light copper brown eith airy beige head. Clear aroma of malt and caramel, with estery notes and touches of hops. Bitter, hoppy flavour with sweetish notesbof yeast and caramel malt and touches of spice. Estery and malty aftertaste with touches of metal and dust. Reasonable for the style but a tad watery.

Bottle @ DØE meeting. Pours black with a small brown head, light lacings. Aroma of roasted malt, sweet caramel, licorice, wood, liquer, fruit. Flavor is sweet, rich malty, caramel, chocolate, licorice, liquer, alcohol. Medium to full body, oily mouthfeel, soft carbonation, sweet finish with warming alcohol. Quite smooth for the high ABV. 161019
