Black beer, small head. Aroma is roast, malt, sweet, chocolate, dark ripe fruit?. Taste is the same. Bitter, sweet, chocolate covered fruit in the back. Very nice

Bottle @ home. Opaque black color, full sized brown colored head. Aroma is malts, dark malts, some peat. Taste malts, brown malts, again some peat (at least that's what I'm reminded of), ashy a bit. And a bit sweet at times. Decent to medium body and soft to average carbonation. Ok. Not really my kind of stout I guess.

330ml bottle [A Maddie import - thanks a lot, ma'am!]. Jet black colour with slightly late awakening, frothy to creamy, half-way lasting, moderately lacing, brown head. Sweet-ish, chocolately, dark malty aroma, notes of dark chocolate, vanilla. Taste is moderately sweet, chocolately dark malty, notes o fdark chocolate, milk chocolate, caramel, vanilla, increasing hints of Bourbon, bitter hoppy counterweight becomes present not until the finish. Full body, creamy texture, smooth, soft and silky palate. Well balanced, very harmonious, flattering.
