On tap at the brewery 2 years ago, vague memories... 1L pitcher, intense yellow, clear, small white head. Slightly grainy, straw, spices and smooth grassy hops, alcohol. Moderate bitterness, medium bodied, quite aggressive on the palate and boozy.

On tap at the brewery, 2 years ago, vague memories... murky yellow with nice stable white head. Aroma was mostly softly grainy with modest malt components and floral hops. Medium bodied, soft carbonaion. Simple, smooth and easy to go, had lot of fun with this (3.4).
Update 2013-02-13: 2L swing top maxi bottle. Golden body, slightly hazed almost transparent (at least at the top of the bottle, but expected more yeast in suspension). Big dense bright white head, fair lacing. Nose is quiet. Aroma has THAT FEEL of handcrafted beer, honey malts and flowery hops, reminds me of German Helles wit some yeast lingering. Not sparkling on the aromatic side but hell of a pleasure down the throat. Taste is bready, grainy, sweetish with a soft bitterness in the (somewhat sticky) finish. Nicely bodied for style and ABV, soft carbonation. Definitely superior to any other product of the brewery, and found only there. For what it is, this is great, I would drink kegs of this. Now I want a liter glass from tap...

75cl swing-top bottle 3.90€, 5.9%. Pours dark yellow with a small smooth creamy white head. Quiet on the nose. Aroma of soft grains with a bit of caramel and a roper grassy hop edge. Taste is sweetish with a nice bitterness in the finish. Simple and medium bodied, creamy to oily texture, a quite nice product.

Bottle, at TFODRBSG-12. It pours a clear, golden body and a small, off-white head. Weak nose with a fruity and flowery touch. Some grains. Boring flavor too, fruityness, grains and a flowery touch, some bitterness towards the end. Medium body, quite dry. Fruity finish with a fine bitterness. Superbly boring, but at least it’s dry and bitter enough to make it quenching. Don’t see myself slaking my thirst with it though. 120818

Bottled 330ml (COOP?, BB 09/2013)
This is Pedavena version. Golden color, small white head. Buttery, harsh, grassy aroma. Light-bodied. Very little to tell about: faint sweet maltyness, some corn-like notes (DMS). Bud with better body.
