Sampled from a 16.9 oz brown bottle this beer poured a dusty amber color with a medium sized soapy white head. The aroma was moderately sweet and tangy lager. The flavor was sweetish, tangy and had faint undertones of citrus and gummi bears. There was a faint crisp fruity hop undertone. Medium finish. Medium body. Decidedly average.

Bottle from Beer Geek. Pours light gold with a small amount of white head. Aroma is lightly bready. Medium body with average carbonation. Flavor is light malt, and mild noble hop - a bit spicey. There’s a lot of flavor, but it’s rather bland flavor. Still,it’s a damn good beer, considering it’s a pale lager. It ranks in with American craft pale lagers.

Bottle that Graham and Isobel (Loz’s parents) picked up for me whilst on holiday in Italy last week, many thanks, consumed 29-09-09 Pours pale gold white head. Aroma is a little metallic and corny, much the same in the mouth though also quite sweet. I didn’t mind it. A5 A4 F6 P2 Ov11 2.8

Good white head over clear golden beer. Dull grains nose, chalk, uttely neutral. Slightly metallic flavour, grains or non-sweet (or not very sweet) malts; with more obvious carbonation than the visual suggests. Utterly neutral & empty palate, just not fizzy, light. Dreary, dreary. What was all the save-from-Heineken fuzz about, I’m starting to wonder.

Bottle. Light grass hops aroma with just a hint of hops. Golden yellow color with small head. Slightly sweet malt and flowery hops flavor. Nothing unpleasant but bland and unexciting.
