0.5 l bottle from Interspar, Udine. It poured golden body with smaller head. Smooth malty aroma. Lemony and honey sweetish flavor, somewhat alcoholic as well. Medium bodied with shorter, sweetish finish. Quite similar to Austrian beers of this type as I could recall. Not really a representative example though.

Bottle courtesy of and shared with heavy who brought it from Italy (thanks!) Poured a golden body with a small white head. Slightly buttery fine malty nose, some cardboard. The taste is similar, buttery maltiness, cardboard, bit dry. Almost no hop. Ok in a way but boring.

01/08 0.5 l bottle from Interspar, Udine. It poured golden body with medium sized head. Nice hop profile in aroma, grassy and some orange hops. Flavor is pleasant as well, with fine grassy and spicy hops and some honey malt. It’s simple but, at least for the style, bodied with pleasant bittersweet finish. This was perfectly well made pilsener for me, can’t get those low ratings.

Thanks to Phil_l, shared in his back garden with home made pizza. Dark gold, lasting cream head. Fairly tasty clean beer. Bit of cardboard, but reasonably drinkable. Good carbonation. Some fruit. Bit of toffee. Not awful. Quite creamy and full in mouth.

Deep blond color. Some malt aroma. The flavor is more rounder and sweeter than most Lagers, but there is a light paper touch; indeed they used maize too. Low bitterness.

50 cL bottle. Pours golden clear yellow with a lacing white head. Slight grainy to cardboardish aroma with a slight roasted malt note. Flavour is also with a slight cardboard note and mildly malty. The beer soon turns rather bitterish dry and leaving a dry cardboardish overall feel. Quite bland indeed.
