Note: I did not pour the complete sediment (most of the times it's just sour yeast from these small dutch breweries). Rating: Cloudy brown color, short off-white head. Malty aroma, bit chocolat. Taste is burned malts, some chocolat, slightly spicy, bit metallic. Both creamy and sharp palate.

Cloudy blond color. The typical wheat beer aroma is spoiled by a metallic note. As well for the flavor (and too weak).

An unclear orange beer with a beutiful white head. The aroma is of oranges, coriander, and peaches. The flavor is a dry coriander flavor with notes of spices. an OK beer, without being special.

A hazy orange beer with a small disappearing head. The aroma is unpleasant; wheat and coriander. And the flavor is not that good either; sweet malt, wheat, and coriander. Witbiers can be made a lot better than this.

Cloudy dark color, short brownish head. Aroma of chocolat and roasted malts. Taste is malty, some chocolat, yeasty, some sourness again. Sweet palate, some alcohol burn.

A light orange beer with no head. The aroma is sweet malty, and so is the flavor. Both the aroma and flavor is very simple - I had hoped for much more complexity.

Unfiltered. Brown-amber color; thick head. Malty aroma, light esters, bran, yeast, celery (?), apricots; hop flowers; interesting!. Average body, light maltiness, sourness, sweetness, caramel, fudge; balanced but not incisive. Short. Thanks to Jens Ungstrup for this trade.

Cloudy dark amber color. Strong malt aroma; yeast, caramel, liquorice. Good malty body, with a touch of sourness (less than the Winterbier). Very pleasant to drink.

Cloudy dark amber color; generous head. Deep malt aroma, liquorice, soy sauce. Quite malty; sour and aggressive, reminding some more famous Flemish (Duchesse de Bourgogne…). Interesting.
