Crowler from Bruery EVL. Thick, syrupy pour, a few short lived bubbles. Boozy aroma, quite strong, with lots of sweet, roasty malts. Taste adds some light fruitcake notes to the thick, strong chocolate roast. Quite a mouthfull.

375ml bottle from Bruery EVL. Inky black pour, thin beige head fades to ring. Boozy aroma, sweet, roasty. Taste is sweet, molasses, roasty malts, dark chocolate. Packs a punch.

Taster at BEVL. Near black pour, a few stray bubbles, settles to flat. Strong, sweet roasty aroma, fudge. Taste comes in hot, bourbon, chocolate syrup, sugary sweet.
