Light copper color, small off-white head. Aroma is dry hops and barley with hints of smoke and metal. Flavor is more towards to märzen than vienna: barley malts, caramel and apple juice tones and hard mouthfeel. Dry aftertaste.

Bottled. Dark golden colour with white creamy head, which dissolves slowly. Sweet caramel malty aroma. Sweet caramel and fruity very fresh taste, with tones of malt and hops. Dry after taste, which is a bit bitter. Cabonationlevel is perfect, and helps the freshness of the beer. Will be hard to top this one during February.
