Bottled. Golden colour with average head. Fruity aroma. Sweet nose. Clena mouthfeel but some unfortunate vegetable flavour. Some vegetable character. More pleasant dryish finish with some bitterness. Decent. This brewery has certainly gone downhill since it was acquired by Kopparbergs, but this beer is far from as bad as I feared.

(500 ml bottle). Allegedly a combination of lager and altbier. The lager is the winner. Light golden brown colour. Malty aroma with hints of new-mown hay. Malty flavour with a not-too-pleasant bitterness. Drinkable, not outstanding. I'd prefer an altbier!

Amber color. Light malt aroma, the malt is much stronger in the mouth; less dry and aggressive than other julöl. Good with food.

Golden, somewhat hazy colour. Very firm head. malty caramel-aroma. Wonderful cookie-like, chewy maltiness that turn into a soft, lingering bitterness. Oh what a pleasant surprise this beer was.

Golden colour. Medium head. Malty aroma. Sweetish, malty flavour with a touch of apple. Where's the hops?

Canned. Golden coloured with rich head. Aroma of fruit and tobacco. Medium bodied, rather sweet, malty, clean and fresh. Salty finish with decent bitterness. Very plain, but it's incredible how much better a properly made lager tastes than the big brewers quickly fermented garbage.

Pale golden colour. Slight grassy aroma. Very dry, a bit bready, medium bodied, bitter finish. Clean and at it's best, as today, really crisp. One of the better Swedish pilseners.

A well-made pilsener with good balance between maltiness and hoppiness......
