Pours hazy deep golden with a off-white head. Aroma has notes malt, butterscotch, citrus and orange. Taste is medium sweet and medium bitter. Body is light to medium, texture is thin to oily, carbonation is soft.

Bottle, 200cl. A lightly hazy one, dark golden in color and with a dense, off-white head of moderate size. It’s pretty butterscotchy in the aroma, putting the piney and citrusy hops in the back. There’s a toffee-ish butterscotchy sweetness in the flavor, pine cones and bitterness too. Full body, with a pleasant carbonation level. Bitterness and fruity hops in the finish. Except for the diacetyl, this seems pretty decent, but it isn’t. 140117

Growler, 200cl. An unclear, golden colored beer with a dense, off-white head of moderate size. Some lacings. The aroma is mostly fruity, with some saison yeast and canned peaches. Some white sugar in the flavor, but it’s mostly fruity, just like the aroma. Yeast and peaches, and a little bitterness towards the end. Medium body, with a pleasant carbonation level. Short, mostly fruity end. Well, it’s a decent one, drinkable and all that, but I make’em better my self. 140117
