Growler 200cl. [ As Bies Torvekonen ].Unclear matt medium orange color with a large, frothy, good lacing, fully lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, moderate to heavy hoppy, citrus, grapefruit, toffee - butterscotch. Flavour is moderate sweet and light bitter with a average to long duration, fruity, light toffee - butterscotch. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20140117]

Keg at Fermentoren, 02/03/14. Golden orange with a good sized off white head that retains well. Nose is brett forward, bitter orange, cats piss, straw, mandarin, apricot, hoppy pangs. Taste comprises tangy hops, pithy orange, light mineral notes, subtle brett leanings not as prominent as the nose, melon. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, grassy bitterness in the close. Nice brett lead IPA.

tap@Fermentoren, Copenhagen (5/3/2014) - fuzzy amber pour with medium white head. Aroma and taste is sweet citrus fruity, also barnyard fruity and bretty, floral and herbal nuance throughout. Nice.
