Brown amber with a small, off-white head. Aroma of caramel and bready malt with a hint of apple peel. Sweet caramel and malt flavour with an unexpected but not unpleasant touch of smokiness.

Draught @ Bies Bryghus, Adelgade 26, 9500 Hobro, Denmark.Clear light dark brown color with a average, frothy to creamy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to light beige head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, spicy, moderate yeasty, cardamom, coriander, orange peel notes. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average to long duration, spicy, cardamom, christmas, fruity yeast. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20101216]

Bottle. Golden colour with a white head. Aroma is dry, citrus, malt, grass. Flavour is dry, hop, malt, grass. Medium body. OK beer.

Handbottled. A red-golden beer with a thin beige head. The aroma has notes of spicy hops and malt. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, spicy hops, and caramel, leading to a bitter finish. Thanks Papsoe for the effort of bringing this.

@yespr tasting. thanks a lot. handbottled cloudy brownish, very small head. aroma is dominated by a hoppy profile, the hops are like spices, grassy spices, not quite to my liking. flavor is strong hoppy, nice bitter hoppy flavor , malty base, flowery note.

Handbottled, courtesy of Papsoe. Pours hazy brown with no lasting head. Hoppy, pine and grapefruit aroma. Grapefruity and peachy flavoured. Bitter and slight fruity sweet impression. Ends dry and bitter.

On tap. Hazy orangey golden with a creamy off-white head leaving some lacework. Sweetish fruity nose with plenty of peach from the aroma hops. Quite full-bodied with a heavy malt- and fruit sweetness. Good and dry bitterness. An almost candy-like IPA yet with a solid dose of hops. 291210
