Bottle, 4.6%. Cloudy grey amber colour. Small frothy off-white head. The flavour starts off with a bit of paper and grainy malt. Turns more malty, but stays grainy. There might be a hint of smoke in there, but not much.

On tap at the brewpub. A deep amber beer with a small, dense, beige-colored head. Some sourish, burnt notes, but mostly caramel and fruits on the nose. The flavor is pretty much the same, a generic fruityness and caramel are doing most of the work, but there’s an underlying flavor of bonfire-sour, burnt malts. Roasted finish. Medium body, dry. A decent one, nothing more. Might be some unclean lines that add the sourish touch. Easy to drink. 100812

On tap at the brewpub. A yellow, unclear beer with a finger-thick white head on top. The aroma is quite nice, with cloves and banana, some lemon and hints of oranges and yeast. Just a faint hint of yeast though. The flavor is orangey and citrusy, with cloves and banana sort of playing the second violin. Medium body, nice carbonation. Lacks on bitterness, especially in the end. Overall, a bit too sweetish, but with some refreshing qualities. 100812
