330 mml bottle as part of the European Summer Secret Santa 2017, many thanks to Benzai. Tasted on the 08/08/2017 at home. Hazy orange colour with a huge fizzy white head. Aroma of floral hops, malts and some orange. Taste is medium hoppy leading to a slightly bitter finish. Overcarbonated. Next one please!

Bottle @ home. Hazy yellow to light orange color, medium sized off-white head. Yeast residue on the bottom of the glass. Smell and taste malts, sweetish, do I smell weizen yeast in there? Tastes like a yeasty weizen-ish tripel as well. Weird. Drinkable I’d say but not my kind of beer.

Bottle @ home. Clear yellow with a medium sized white head. The beer is quite active with loads of bubbles, which worries me a bit about the carbo. Smells quite sweet, malty, candy, has a slight banana/hefeweizen vibe. Tastes malts, sweet, some herbs but not a total overkill, a bit too wheaty and banana. In a blind tasting I’d probably mistake it for a hefeweizen. Carbo is pushing the limit but is still okay, medium body.

Bottle @ home shared with Inoven. Nice dark hazy orange color, medium to full sized off-white head. Aroma is malts, hops, floral, sweet blossomy. Flavor has it too, but less dominant. Malts, a little more citrussy (might be the grapefruit the label talks about), slightly sometl other thing fruity (is that the black currant then?). Lightly bitter. Not unpleasant and definitely not bad at all for a new brewery.

Flesje gedeeld door Benzai. Oranjerood bier met matig schuim. Aroma en smaak is fruitig en hoppig. Nasmaak is bitter.

Bottle @ home. Dark red to red-brown appearance, medium sized off-white to beige head. Smell and taste malts, caramel, a hint of sweetness, a hint of herbs or spices in the background, moderately malt bitter. Doesn’t really taste that much like an Abbey Dubbel to me, but I can’t really classify it better either. Easy drinkable, fortunately, I would hate this if it had too much carbonation. Body is average to decent. All things considered, it’s ok.
