Tap, sold as St Johanner Original, but this should be the one. Soapy, flowery, slightly citric flavor. Short somewhat earthy aftertaste. Quenches the thirst on a hot summer day in the mountains, not much more.

Bottled, Gasthaus zur Post in St Jakob i.H., Austria. Totally different beer as the Augusinus from this brewery, that is also listed as a dunkel. Deep dark brown color. Aluminiumaroma. Malty, roasted flavor with aluminium in the aftertaste. Some caramel, but the roast prevails. Fairly dry. Not bad.

Tap. Blonde. Soft hayaroma. Hay flavor with hints of butter, Looks a bit Czech with its traces of diacetyl. . Tasty and not unpleasant.
