Description
Meet Your Mead Daddy
I’m Tim, but my friends call me Mead Daddy.
I'm gonna be real with you, I’m not some influencer schmuck with deep pockets and a get rich quick scheme. I’m just a millennial dad from Sydney with a stupid idea to make mead cool again.
I've quit my day job, turned my kitchen into something that closely resembles a meth lab and doing everything I can to bring mead out of the dark ages.

24/5/2026. Can at the ITFC beer share. Courtesy of danlo, cheers Ed! Musty, rubbery, honey, boiled cabbage. Medium sweetness, light bitterness. Slightly metallic. Not really a fan.

330ml can from P&V Merchants. Sparkling golden colour, short-lived bubbly white head and aroma of honey, yeasty hints. Taste is sweet, honey, floral, citric, lemon cream biscuity notes, with some tartness. Medium bodied, spritzy carbonation, drying honey finish. Quite drinkable.
