As puchi puchi sparkling sake. 8.5% but earlier reviews looks similar.
Alko blind tasting.
Poured light lemon soda like.
Honey melony nose, some pear and sweetness. A very easy sake, not very sparkling.

Glass at Fu. Rice, creamy yogurt and lactic acid. Rich and creamy and pleasantly acidic, some citrus notes. Lots of umami.

Bottle at home late on Sunday upping the honjozo ticks. Handsome bottle. Pour is sight tinged water. Nose is light pear and some forest floor. Tastes of pear, pine nuts, pine needle, and alcohol. Watery palate but that’s to style mostly. Some alcohol on finish. Pretty nice actually.

I need to stop grabbing these cheap small bottles of sake. This one pours like lemon lime soda. Nose is sugary citrus drink. Tastes of only hints of rice and sake, more like a 7up or spritzer. Plenty of sugar, some melon, and alka seltzer. I do feel this would be good for a hangover though. But in general not good.

Cup from Isetan. Rice nose, koji, slightly spicy and dusty. Not much going on. Clear, slightly oily. Hot rice flavor, simple and straightforward, some koji spiciness. No ginjo ka really, not much fruit. Lightly acidic, some vanilla and a touch of caramel. Rather boring.

Bottled@SBWF2013. Quite much water looks, but with a very pale yellow touch. Aroma and flavour are both sweet fruits, some floral notes along with mild rice and some slight herbal and toasted notes. Quite elegant.

This listing was hell to find with absolutely no English on the bottle & the upc washed away. Something there translates to \"sword\" I’m told. Bottle from Sakaya NYC. Clear, still, slightly agitated pour.

Smell is subtle. The \"gorgeous aroma\" descriptor is deceiving. Starchy water, white wine, pear, wintergreen mint, & a blip of acid.

Soft pear & green melon sweetness. Slightly, slightly sour-ish. Bittersweet pear seeds. A nice nip of acid. Very \"free flowing\", if anyone can understand what I mean. Almost no starch. Quite smooth.

Got better after having a few, but still too subtle for me to comprehend that the pricetag is anything more then the milling.

Bottle from the Seiyu Supermarket. Lightly cloudy, light carbonation. Fruity nose, citrus, but faint and not complex. Extremely sweet flavor, 7Up, melon. Sugary and far from authentic. This is a child’s sake. Way too sweet and simple; more like a soda. I don’t hate it, but can’t take it seriously, and am dismayed by how over-rated it is here. A sake for Japanese youngsters who hate sake.
