Drank at room temperature. The appearance of the liquid is clear. The color is bright golden yellow. The olfactory intensity is high and lasts appreciably. The dominant aroma on the nose is malted rice Koji. The taste on the nose - secondary aromas bears signs of fruity, melon, herbs, mushroom, resin and spices. The first impression of intensity in the mouth is of powerful sake. The aroma on the tongue is rather dry. The body is structured. The taste intensity is high. The taste persistence is good. On the palate the aftertaste is intense and persistent. The taste is pleasant. The final mouth sensations are of drinkable sake. On the palate there are hints of honey, umami, soy sauce, caramel, peach, melon, dried apricot, mushroom, spices, white flowers, umami, Port wine and dried fruit.

300mL bottle, pours a clear pale blonde, no head. Nose is loaded with perfumey alcohol, fennel, some earthy notes, and must. Flavour is loaded with fennel, earthy notes, some dry fruit must, and rice wine. Not particularly complex, but it seems alright (for someone who knows jack shit about sake).

Bottle from Saké-Kontor Berlin. Smooth fresh and fruity with lots of pear. Fresh smooth beginning, a bit unround but smooth. Pear, fruit. Smooth and crisp ricey body, not too deep but very clear and easy to drink. Hints of alcohol, a bit rough but still very nice. Fresh fruity aftertaste with pears and rice. Nice though.

As Yoshinogawa Junmai in a PET bottle from Aeon Liquors. Clear and a bit oily. Nose is rice, slightly fruity, some pineapple, orange, koji. Oily, ricy and sweet. Ok but boring. As all in this series were.

300 ml bottle. Rich rice nose, some caramel and vanilla, a bit of alcohol. Lightly yellow tint, oily. Lightly fruity flavor, nice creaminess, soft, smooth, peach or melon. A bit boring but ok.

180ml can. Chilled. Fruity, herbal, ginjoka aroma. Citrus, apricot, rice. Clear, slightly oily looking. Fruity, rice flavor, black pepper, grains. Rather simple and clean, with nice fruit. Light body, somewhat refreshing. Decent though not all that interesting. Low alcohol gives a slight lack of body and depth, though tasty enough.
