Tall 250ml can from World Market (Laguna Hills), drank at my daughters on 20th April 2026. Clear watery look, rice like taste, a bit watery. No expert, but I had this chilled and it was better, as it warmed a little it didn't taste as interesting.

Beige pour. Initial drink is very warm with lemon and sweet honey flavor with sweet honey on the palate. A little heat at the end.

Fingernail polish, lemon zest koji aroma. Milky yellow. Whole lemon surge of honey at midpalate finishing with koji. Light body, hot.

Coconut, juniper aroma. Milky yellow. Coconut, lemon, marionberry. Medium body, smooth, silky, substantial heat. Coconut addition meshes well the koji. A fine nigori for novices and connoisseurs alike.

Bottle sample at Takumi. Clear. Nice aroma of ripe melon and bouquets of flowers. Taste is fruity, lightly sweet, quick finish. Very flavorful.

Bit of a tapioca vibe with some milky rice. Mily white colour. Light booze. Breezier than most sakis I've had but those are few honestly at this point. A touch of orange peel. Bottle pour at Kanpai in Rosslyn.
