Inspired the recent thread and since I had day off had an expensive Sake lunch at Sakagura. Yellowish pour. Nose is oak and sweet pie. Tastes of oak, lemon curd, some spicing, and touch of alcohol. smooth palate with a hit of white pepper and hooch on finish.
