Taster at Jam. Clear. Fruity nose with grape and citrus. Sweet, tart falvor, white grapes, citrus, lemony. Smooth and full from the aging.

180 ml pour at Shinsengumi. Slightly spicy, lemony nose with apple. Creamy. Soft and bright flavor, tons of apple. Never had a sake with such profound apple notes. Nice, but almost a bit weird.

Bottle at home. Pretty damn clear pour. Light fruity nose touch of chalk. Tastes of Yuzu, yellow plum, grainy rice, chalk, Woody, and hints of alcohol. Semi watery texture. Pleasant and light.

Taster at Jam. Icy looking. Nose of lemon, pear, apple, dryish but juicy. Fruity, dry flavor is very crisp and clean, nice acidity, good citrus and green apple. Very elegant.
