1.8 liter bottle from Furusato Nozei. Rich rice nose, slightly toasty, some lemon and melon, cream. Clear and slightly viscous. Light, clean, ricy. Light stone fruit and citrus and a bit of booze. Finish is peppery, slightly burning alcohol. Not at all heavy. Rich junmai style, yet very drinkable and light. Nice but not amazing. Chilled it seems a bit thin and underwhelming. At room temperature it was a bit fuller in body and sweeter.
