Bottle from Furusato Nozei. Mild stone fruit and rice nose. Alcohol heat. Clear and watery. Flavor is sweet rice, with vanilla and caramel notes and stone fruit. Rather full body. Ricy, a bit heavy. Not bad but expected more.

720 ml bottle from Furusato Nozei. Nose is citrus and apple, with some light creamy caramel. Clear and icy looking. Flavor is fruity, slightly boozy and hot, and slightly sweet. Not much happening. Grain, rice, some caramel and vanilla, apple... Ok.

720 ml bottle from Furusato Nozei. Pours an icy clear. Fruity nose, citrus, apples, bit of alcohol in the nose. Sweet fruit, slightly alcohol burn, oily and creamy. Apple, lemon, light vanilla. Decent stuff, more like a ginjo.

200 ml “cup”.
Very faint aroma. A bit of milk and vanilla? Some rice. Almost nothing, really! Slightly thick, milky, white. Suspended particles and something oily on top. Milky, rice, vanilla flavor. Rather sour but sweet as well. Slightly like sorbet. Decent flavor, fruity—candy cherries, maybe? Not very sake-like, though very flavorful. Thick, heavy palate. Ok. Slightly fake tasting.
