Bottle at Ante, Newtown, wrapped in local newspaper. Clear pale golden colour, no head and aroma of rice, fruit. Taste is rich, rice, fruity, caramel, with some warming alcohol. Oily mouthfeel, medium bodied, low carbonation, rice unami boozy finish. Nicely drinkable
