Taster at Jam. Bright, huge fruity nose. Big ginjo-ka, spicy, citrus, cherry, cedar. Sweet and bright, very fruity and spicy, lots of citrus and a spicy finish. Lovely.

Taster at Jam. Almost clear, thick, barely nigori at all. Big juicy fruit nose, spicy, pine, cedar. Nicely tart falvor, cedar, pepper, apple and pear. Good summer sake.
