720 ml bottle from Furusato Nozei. Big blast of fruit: pear, apple, light citrus, spicy koji, cedar, very light rice. Clear, icy. Sweet, rice, creamy, vanilla, pears. Tasty. Spicy, peppery finish with a bit of alcohol burn. Crisp and tasty. Lovely. Very elegant, white-wine like daigin. Sadly, this was all I had and we drank it with a rich miso and mushroom hotpot, which kind of over-rode it.

720 bottle from Furusato Nozei. Clear. Fruity, spicy, ginjo-ka, some citrus, stone fruit. Rice. Flavor is somewhat sweet, very fruity, citrus and peaches, pears. Medium body, crisp, light. Decent stuff. Nothing original, like many in the style, rather typical but very good.

720ml bottle. Crystal clear ans colorless. Rich rice nose, spicy koji, simple and straightforward. Sweet, creamy flavor, rich junmai rice. Definitely sweet and a bit old-fashioned. Creamy, lactic, vanilla notes and ripe, ripe peaches and pear. Interesting and nice. Full, smooth body.
